Fresno man who is 18 year old was booked into the Fresno County Jail Thursday on suspicion of moving a gun into his ex-girlfriend’s mouth, sheriff’s officials said.
Deputies said Xavier Perez met his ex-girlfriend around 1 p.m in Northwest Fresno and the two sat in her car and got into an altercation. The controversy heated up, deputies said, and Perez threatened to move the gun into her mouth and kill her.

Perez removed his cellphone and ordered her to drive back home. According to the Sheriff’s Office, the two got out of the car when she hit her head multiple times. The victim ran into the house and knocked on the door.
Perez, Fresno Man walked away and managed to get out of the area. Deputies stopped the car at 1:30 p.m. And a loaded .45 caliber handgun inside.
Perez faces charges of assault with a deadly weapon, domestic violence, robbery, carrying a concealed weapon, and threatening death. His bail was set at 5,000 105,000.
